王园媛

讲师，毕业于西安外国语大学英语语言文学专业，现任西安交通大学城市学院外语系教师。主要负责大学英语教学工作。入院教学以来，一直贯彻以学生为中心，老师为引导的教学模式。时常关注学生在英语学习过程中遇到的困惑和问题，并及时解答。了解学生的英语基础水平，适时在课堂内外进行个性化教学活动。大学英语分级教学初期，担任课程组组长，负责撰写大学英语两个年级课程教学大纲、教学计划和教学进度表等。

连续数年指导学生参加全国大学生写作大赛，进入省级复赛，并获得奖项。长期与企业合作，就实用英语等方面知识进行培训指导。参编教材五本，发表省级论文数篇，参与院级第二轮教改项目一项。通过自己的教学活动，除了让学生掌握相关的英语知识以外，引导学生对学习和生活有一个积极乐观的态度。

Self-introduction

Wang Yuanyuan, an experienced lecturer in Foreign Language Department, graduated from Xi'an International Studies University, and mainly teaches three courses—New Horizon College English Reading and Writing, New Horizon College English Speaking Listening Viewing and CET 4 Training Course.

Teaching experience sharing

During the English learning process, there are three key components students should focus on: previewing before the class, listening to the teacher in the class and reviewing regularly after the class. Teachers should pay close attention to the students' difficulties in studying English and offer the practical help to them, and sometimes add or remove some contents in order to apply to different groups of students.
